Does he like me?

I don't know if he likes me, but somethings he does around me is he often forgets what he is doing, he stares at me a lot, and he always cracks jokes around me. I don'e know if he likes me. Also if Ты think he does what can I do to befriend him? I don't see him a lot because he has a part time job in a family run buisiness.
