Breathe. Try to find activities that Ты enjoy doing. Make new friends. Maybe find something other than the guy to be obsessed with, like books, movies, tv shows, sports, a new genre of music, writing, exercising.

Firstly do not panic Ты are just like nearly everyone at some point we have crushes on people. I should know the number of crushes I have had is probably un countable. SO we all understand.
