Just tell him hes moving too fast and take your relationship to a slower pace.

I would say that the rest of the stuff is okay, depending how comfortable Ты are and what Ты want & what Ты like -slowing down would have been fine BUT he already сказал(-а) "I Любовь you" tooo fast sooo fast like what Ты said, that is a BAD-BAD sign, I know from experiences... and I ignored [I just smiled and did not say it back for a good while... still no good.
