I met a boy online. We've been texting for 3 months..he says he loves me but idk if it's real.

Okay so I met this boy on twitter and we chatted for 2 weeks and I knew he had a girlfriend but they were about to break up. We both liked eachother but we decided to stop talking and see what happens with him and his girlfriend. Then they broke up and we became Друзья again, and eventually became bf and gf. We have been for over 3 months now. Oh and btw I am 15 from england and he is 17 from Germany. I have told my mum about him and she is fine with it as long as he isn't taking advantage and stuff, she also says that he can come to england to meet me.
We are really serious about eachother, we know everything and all our secrets. We are in love. My Друзья hated him at first but now they are okay with it. I know he isn't a peadofile as I have seen many фото and Видео of him and I have seen his passport. I would just like to know other people's opinions on the situation
