After I have done with the testing of characters' screen time in this episode, I decided to write an Статья for this episode. This is one of the episodes that I think that many Фаны of the old Аниме series will remember which is the episode where Flip participated in a jumping competition and is the fourteenth episode of the European version. The episode starts when Maya woke up in the morning and came out of a leaf where she slept all night and looked at the sky and сказал(-а) that the день will be nice because the sun has already come out as she was flying with her joy. As she continued to fly around, she noticed her friend Willy still asleep and she told him "Hey Willy, lazy bones, wake up!" as she was flying around a leaf with a dewdrop to get the dewdrop on his face to wake him up and she finally succeeded. As the dewdrop fell on Willy's face, he became agitated and wondered who did this until he saw Maya laughing at him and realized it was her and сказал(-а) "Good morning!" to him as she flew around to collect pollen from a цветок to eat. But Willy wasn't happy with what she was doing to him and was talking plaintively until he got an idea to try to do the same thing to her as he was flying on a leaf with a dewdrop and waiting for something to happen. Just as Willy was flying around the leaf with the dewdrop, Maya noticed him and asked "What's going on?" and Willy made a "Shhhh!" sound to shut Maya up and told her that someone was coming as he looked under the leaf he was sitting on. At that same time, suddenly a ladybug was flying around and had come down from the ground to lower his wings to walk after he was tired of flying for so many hours and as soon as he saw him coming, Willy immediately threw the dewdrop on the ladybug's face which caused the ladybug to think that someone was attacking him and played "dead" in the end. When Willy saw that his trick had succeeded, he burst out laughing and was proud of what he had done, but Maya noticed that something was wrong with the ladybug and asked Willy about what he did to the ladybug and wondered if he was harmed which she immediately flew around the ladybug to talk to him if something bad happened with what happened a while ago, which at the same time, Willy flew around to see what happened to the ladybug. But when Maya spoke to the ladybug, the ladybug didn't answer her and was still playing "dead" and Willy answered her that the ladybug wasn't feeling so well and Maya told Willy that the ladybug might have hit his head somewhere while flying, but Willy was upset and decided to tell the truth and forgave him, but the ladybug still didn't answer, he was playing "dead" again. Then Willy got еще worried and сказал(-а) "Oh dear, he's not moving!" which surprised Maya as well and Willy сказал(-а) to the ladybug again "Please say you're alright!" but still he didn't answer. Meanwhile, a tribe of ant soldiers came to find Еда to take to the warehouse from their anthill and found the ladybug and carried him without knowing that he was alive, but at the same time, the ladybug came to his senses and managed to escape by flying which upset the ant general and told the other ants to go find Еда elsewhere and they immediately left at the end. When the little bees saw that, they were surprised to learn that the ladybug was alive as they saw him fly away from the ants. Then Maya told Willy how glad she was that the ladybug was still alive and thought he was dead and Willy replied that he thought so too where at the same time, Flip heard what the little bees were saying and burst out laughing and told them he just lied down and fooled them. But Willy told Flip that he didn't understand what he wanted to tell them and he told them plainly that most beetles do like that when they are attacked by the enemy that they understood little of what he told them, but they were surprised when he spoke of the enemy, and Willy answered Flip that they were not the ladybug's enemies. Of course Flip agreed with what Willy told him and told him that a friend wouldn't do that by throwing a dewdrop on another friend's head so he assumed it was some "enemy" and asked him if he understood and Willy understood it at last. Then Maya politely asked Flip to tell her why beetles do this when they think they are being attacked and Flip answered her to explain another similar matter by pointing to the Цветы saying the same reason in which the little bees agreed to what he told them and Willy answered Flip that the Цветы that are withered have no nectar left. Then Flip agreed again with what Willy told him and replied that even the enemies of beetles know that a dead beetle does not taste as good as a live one so they give up the dead one. Maya enthusiastically replied to Flip that it was a very clever trick that the beetles had worked on which Willy agreed with what Maya said. Then Flip explained to the little bees that everyone has to make it somehow and such a weak beetle has to find a clever way to survive in this world, which Maya agreed with what Flip сказал(-а) in the end. Before Flip jumped away, he told Willy of his kind that if grasshoppers didn't have their "strong" legs they would be prey to their enemies and by jumping they easily escape from them and he considers his kind's legs to be the best "weapons" which at the same time, he left jumping at the end. At the same time that Flip had left, Maya told Willy that Flip is good at jumping, but Willy wasn't too sure about it and told Maya that he should admit it to his doubt. As Flip continued jumping, he stopped by a leaf and explained to himself that back when he was younger, he thought he was better at jumping and so, he decided to train because he сказал(-а) he had a long time to train after all these years of growing up wanting to have confidence in himself. As he was training hard, he was looking at a branch that he thought he might be able to jump over the branch and he did some еще training until he decided to jump over the branch but he failed in his first attempt. But poor Flip was so disappointed that he сказал(-а) he didn't believe he was so untrained after all these years and thought only exercise would help him. As he continued to talk about his grievances, suddenly a voice was heard in the distance asking him what he was doing there and Flip saw that it was a treehopper who was sitting on a leaf and he tried to answer him with a smile, but the treehopper understood that he wanted to exercise when he asked him again. Then Flip replied "Right!" to his Вопрос and how exercise is imposed on a "champion" who thought he was one, but the treehopper didn't believe what he сказал(-а) about himself and jumped away to another leaf to say something to him with a sly look on his face. As Flip noticed him, he told him that he thought they could do some kind of championship, but the treehopper jumped back to a дерево хобот, ствол and asked him "And who is the champion here?" to Показать him that he is еще "superior" than him. Flip laughed at his Вопрос and mockingly told him that he had been a "champion" for years, but the treehopper jumped again to another leaf, and told him that a little modesty would do him good, and laughed at him slyly. Flip was surprised when the treehopper сказал(-а) this and told him that he might be quite a bit shorter than him but he sternly explained that he would dare to compete with him for the championship which with what he told him, Flip didn't believe it and laughed while the treehopper jumped back to another leaf at the same time and slyly told him to be careful what he says because he won't be able to get the champion Название back. Flip lay down on a leaf and told the treehopper that anyone who talks a lot is usually not so good where at the same time, the treehopper jumped from the leaf to get over the branch, but in the end, he failed in his first attempt, and Flip laughed and told him that he knew he was not capable of threatening him. Then the treehopper told him that he only made one attempt and he jumped back on the leaf to make another attempt to see if he succeeded and he made a bigger jump that in the end, he went over the branch with that big jump that he made and asked him "What do Ты have to say now, Flip?" to Показать him that he is good at jumping. Flip was surprised and angry about this and decided to do some training and jumped from leaf to leaf to make another attempt and as he made his longest jump to reach from the branch, he finally succeeded. Then Flip proved to the treehopper about his effort when he jumped over the branch, but the treehopper did not believe it and told him that he is the champion, but with what he told him, Flip disagreed to this by saying that everyone knows he is the champion from his great pride. At the same time when Flip and the treehopper were arguing, a long-headed кузнечик had come running around and when he reached Flip and the treehopper, Flip greeted him and asked him which of the two jumps higher, him или the treehopper? Of course, the treehopper replied that he jumps higher than everyone else, and Flip replied to him "We'll see about that first!". But the long-headed кузнечик burst out laughing at all that he heard and told them that he is the champion while he continued to run around, which shocked Flip and the treehopper and he began to do his training. When they saw him training, Flip and the treehopper were curious and surprised, that at the same time, he started running until he reached the дерево and jumped to go over the branch, but he failed and fell down because he hit his head on the branch as he jumped carelessly at the end. When they saw this, Flip and the treehopper were shocked and immediately went to see what happened to the long-headed кузнечик and Flip сказал(-а) "I hope he didn't get killed!" from his shock. When the long-headed кузнечик came to his senses, he asked them "Well, did Ты see how I jumped?" and Flip answered him "Yeah, but Ты couldn't get through the branch." from his doubt and he told him that he knew this and decided to do some еще training to succeed which Flip and the treehopper also decided to do their training, and so, the jumping competition had begun as many insects gathered to watch the competition. At the same time, Maya and Willy arrived to see what Flip and the other insects were doing as they trained for the jumping competition and as they sat on a leaf, Maya heard a cricket and a spring beetle talking about how they too would participate in the jumping competition, but the cricket told the spring beetle that everyone in the forest knows that she is the "queen" and the spring beetle answered her that she was joking and that she is the "champion" while at the same time, Maya wondered why they were arguing. And so, all the insects that participated in the jumping competition continued to do their hard training, the little bees brought a pole that they put up there on some tall Цветы that each little bee sat Далее to two leaves, but Maya told Willy to raise the pole a little higher in his place and he asked her "Like this?" and she replied "That's better!", but Willy wasn't too happy about it though. And so, the horsefly referee announced to the other insects that the jumping competition will begin right now and all the insects cheered and applauded at the announcement of the competition and immediately the competition began. Then Flip decided to start first and ran as fast as he could to reach the pole from the tall Цветы and jumped over the pole which he finally succeeded and everyone applauded him at the end. As soon as he saw this, the long-headed кузнечик decided to come Далее and ran to jump high on the pole, but he couldn't reach it from his jump and he did a cheat and went over the pole by flying instead of jumping that all the insects booed him for doing this cheat and he told them that flying was a part of his motivation. Then the spring beetle decided to come next, but in order to go over the pole, she sat on her back to jump and with the effort she made, she managed to go over it in the end and everyone applauded her. When the cricket saw the spring beetle make it, she decided that she should go Далее and she ran so fast that one big jump, she managed to get over the pole and told the spring beetle that she succeeded but she told her with a sly smile that she will go higher in the Далее round. Then the treehopper decided to come next, but when he jumped from a leaf and jumped so far, that in the end he did not make it through the pole and found himself somewhere a little far from the competition, which he himself did not know where he was and thought that he had achieved a new "record" and decided to leave from the competition to go back to where he lives. Then all the insects and the horsefly referee shouted to the treehopper to come back, but he didn't come back and suddenly there were some big steps that made all the insects almost fall under the ground and they immediately went to see what was going on and they saw that it was a dog that took all these steps and stopped to sleep Далее to where the competition is. As soon as the insects got a closer look at the dog, Flip began to complain and сказал(-а) that the dog had "ruined" everything now, but the horsefly referee told him it was all right and to just let the dog be there and pay no attention to him, and ordered the little bees to raise the pole two leaves higher, and they did it at last. Then the Далее round started and the long-headed кузнечик decided to try it first, but yet as he ran and jumped higher, he did the same cheat again and flew over the pole and all the insects booed him which pissed him off and he decided to leave the competition at the end. Then the horsefly referee сказал(-а) the cricket will go next, but the cricket decided to leave the competition because she сказал(-а) she completely forgot what she was supposed to do and the spring beetle asked her why she was leaving and she replied that she had to lay her eggs and she didn't think about it at all and immediately she also left at the end. At the same time when the cricket was leaving the competition, all the insects were surprised at what had happened and there were few competitors left and the spring beetle decided to come next, but as she jumped on her back, she almost went over the pole and couldn't jump anymore and hung her hands on the pole which Maya told her to try again one еще time but the spring beetle told her it was too high for her and she gives up and she immediately flew away and she also left the competition at the end. Then the horsefly referee was disappointed that most of the competitors were leaving and сказал(-а) that someone should go next, but suddenly a voice was heard from afar and the insects wondered who spoke and they saw that it was a flea sitting on the sleeping dog who asked the other insects if he could participate in the competition and Flip replied that he can participate because he believed that a competition cannot end without an opponent, which pleased the flea but before he decided to participate, he told them to wait a bit because he wanted to drink some blood from the dog before he went down to take part in the competition. Then the flea thanked them for allowing him to participate in the competition and Maya politely told him that he would have to jump over the pole and the flea told her that it was easy and started his training while Flip looked at him curiously that at the same time, the flea started to run with his jumps that with his big jump, he managed to get over the pole at the end. As soon as Flip saw that the flea managed to get over the pole, he got jealous and immediately ran fast with his jumps and immediately made his big jump which in the end he also managed to get over the pole and was happy that he succeeded again. Then the horsefly referee declared that only Flip and the flea remained in the competition. Then Flip put up one of his little fingers to congratulate the flea, which the flea did the same, but at the same time, the dog woke up and was ready to go and the flea immediately ran fast with his jumps to catch up with the dog and jumped on him and in the end, he also left the competition. Then the horsefly referee told Flip that it looked like he was the winner but Flip told him "Yes, but only because there is no one else." but he thought and found what he would do by Показ the others an old дерево and сказал(-а) he would challenge himself and try to go over the branch of the old tree. All the insects were delighted with the decision that Flip made and the horsefly referee told them that Flip wanted to break his record and jump over the branch and сказал(-а) "Here, Flip, all yours!" and all the insects сказал(-а) "good luck" to him. Flip started running fast with his jumps as soon as he got near the дерево and jumped as high as he could but he didn't manage to get over the branch and fell down to the ground at the end. Almost all the insects (except Maya, Willy, and the horsefly referee) burst out laughing and mockingly told him that it was too high for him, which upset poor Flip. But Willy noticed that a young саранча suddenly came jumping and Пение and he told Flip about it and the young саранча continued to jump and sing but he jumped too high and managed to get over the branch as he left at the end. When he saw this, Flip was so upset that he сказал(-а) "No, no, no, no, no, no, no!" from his great distress. After his great sorrow, Flip sat under the дерево and thought about what had happened and how he failed to get over the branch and was not happy that a young саранча "beat" him. But the little bees took pity on him and Maya сказал(-а) to him "Flip, don't be sad anymore." and Willy сказал(-а) to him "Smile a little." but Flip spoke plaintively to them, and told them that he would only walk and never jump again for the rest of his life. But Maya told him that if he were younger he would jump higher too and Willy told him that for him his jumps are still huge and Flip thanked Willy for what he told him, but he noticed that a frog suddenly climbed up the дерево to eat the little bees and immediately he made a big jump over the branch to save the little bees from the frog and in the end, he managed to save them from the frog and they all fell together under the ground beside some rocks. When the little bees and Flip came to their senses, Maya realized what had happened and to her great joy, she told Flip that he managed to get over the branch which even Willy rejoiced and told him "You're the best!" from his great joy. Flip was so very happy that he laughed with joy and was proud that he had managed to get over the branch and сказал(-а) that he really was the champion and began to trust himself again, so he jumped away for joy and he сказал(-а) "Yoo-hoo! I'm the champion!" that the little bees were glad to see him so happy and followed him until they stopped at a цветок to throw a dust of pollen to celebrate his victory, and then they left at the end. Here are the ranking results that I have gotten for each character who have appeared in the episode:

9. The Ant General (21 seconds)
Despite the ant general from the Назад episode got so many screen time, this ant general was so unlucky that he have fallen into the last place because he and the ant soldiers only appeared in the scene where they carried the ladybug without even realizing that he was alive before he came to his senses and flew away from them, so that's why he is so low in this list.

8. The Ant Soldiers (28 seconds)
Just like their general, they didn't got that much screen time comparing to the ones from the Назад episode, so the ants were ranked so low for once again.

7. The Flea (55 seconds)
Yes, the flea didn't got enough of screen time either, but at least, he managed to beat out the ants by getting into the seventh place and made it to 55 seconds, but I think he would have gotten еще screen time if the dog slept longer and didn't leave so early though.

6. Kurt (1 minute, 9 seconds)
Yes, Kurt was one of the insects who was watching the competition, but it's a bit surprising how he managed to beat out the flea by 1 минута of screen time, but he is still not that high in the Список though.

5. Hieronimus (1 minute, 33 seconds)
Yes, Hieronimus was another insect who was watching the competition and he managed to beat out Kurt for once again which it surprises me why this сороконожка always ended up being ranked so high based on the amount of screen time he got в общем и целом, общая in those episodes he appeared so far.

4. The Treehopper (3 minutes, 2 seconds)
As many people have probably expected, the treehopper have gotten so many screen time by getting into the fourth place and made it to 3 minutes, 2 seconds, but he got a bit upset that he failed to enter the вверх 3 или beating out Flip which is one of the reasons why he was never seen again after he left the competition.

3. Willy (5 minutes, 34 seconds)
Fortunately, Willy have entered the вверх 3 again by getting еще screen time than he did in the Назад episode and he ended up getting into the third place and earned his eighth bronze medal, but this time, he is not upset by getting into the third place again because one of his Друзья have gotten into the first place which Ты will find that out who was the one who got the most screen time out of all main characters.

2. Maya (5 minutes, 41 seconds)
Now this is something that will surprise Ты a bit, but Maya have fallen out of the first place and got into the секунда place and earned her sixth silver medal, but she still doesn't mind losing to one of her Друзья because she is very happy when she sees one of her Друзья win in the end.

1. Flip (8 minutes, 28 seconds)
And of course, Flip was the one who got the most screen time out of all characters by getting into the first place for the first time ever and finally he earned his first Золото medal and now he has all Медали just like Maya and Willy did and I'm very happy that he finally won and he really was the champion in this episode.

And that's all of the results that I got from this episode and I'm planning to test the screen time of characters in the twenty-fourth episode which is the one where Maya and Willy met a cicada and is the twenty-first episode of the European version which I will explain еще about that episode in the Статья that I will make soon.
