Why Michael didn't like Sony?

The story is long...
Sony did not promoted the Invincible album, the way that they did before with MJ's songs and the way they promoted other artist's albums..
They had a battle with MJ for his catalog, the ATV catalog (that he buyed in 1985 for 47.5 millions dollars, including Beatles's songs)
In 1995 it merged with Sony's Sony Музыка Publishing catalog (including Mariah Carey's songs and other artists) and it became ATV/ Sony Музыка Publishing..

They сказал(-а) that Michael owened them money and they told him that if he doesn't give them the money they will not promote the Invincible album. Michael wanted to pay them with the sales from the Invincible album.. but they refused to promote it, they didn't spend money to promote his album like they did in the past.. and the album was not sold.. not enough.

In 2001 Michael made the Madison Square Garden concerts and Sony read about it in the newspapers.. they were angry because they weren't involved with this project and this was another reason why they decided to boycott Michael's album.
There were only financial fights, only for money.. they wanted money..

My personal opinion about this:
I believe that all these companies are the same.. they are searching only for profit, for earning a lot of money.. a lot!! artists are for them like money maker machines..:(
I don't care about Sony.. just like Sony doesn't care about us. I will buy the album for Michael. I do not think where are going my money because I never think of this when I buy something with MJ..
I do it for him, for his voice..

If a person, a young person become a MJ Фан now.. what should he/she do?? not buy any of his albums?? Bad, Dangerous, History, Invincible.. etc..
In my personal opinion this is like they are boycotting MJ too.. if they don't buy his albums..
I'm sorry, very sorry that his name and his Музыка are associated with Sony.. I'm sorry that they did a lot of bad stuff to him..

Музыка is now an industry.. these companies are coming and going.. but Michael will rest and live forever!!!

Okay, f*** what Sony thinks. I dont have no respect for them, and they aint gettin any. They are ridiculous scammers and will do anything to have a 1000 dollar bill on the breast pocket of their coat. They dont even try to be respectful towards what some people think of as their god, and thats why i hate them.
