I tried to make some of them too.. but I could make only small ones..
if Ты want to make them, Ты have to use "windows movie maker" which Ты have it already in your pc.
cut the scene.. make it short and then Ты have to convert that short video in a gif with this program:

It's not so difficult :) it's easy..
I think there are much еще programs.. еще expensive(which are not free like the one that I showed you).. those I didn't tried..
