Here is what the captains must do:

"1)They will "control" the team
2)They will send the answers to the contests
3)They must be very responsible
4)I will contact with them for the news and they must tell it to the members of the team."

Send me a message when u will find one.
However,the other teams have already started working on the first contest.So you must find the captain soon.
To start working on it too.
