This is simple...u just have to post the name of the user Ты think is the biggest smiler, the user getting maximum Голоса till the end of this week will be awarded as The Smiler Of The Week. Then I'll do it till 23rd of August, and the 4 smilers of the weeks will go into the Далее round, ie, smiler of the month, and the user getting maximum Голоса from the people, will be awarded as the [/b]Smiler Of The Month.
