Is радуга Dash Scootaloo's sister?

She always hangs out with sweetieBell and Applebloom, who's sisters are rarity and Applejack. She completely adores Rainbow. But it never comes out and says that they are sisters like the other 2. And they don't have any episodes together .

In the series, their relations are made evident, no offense, of course. If anything I'd Вопрос the whereabouts of Scoot's family, let alone where she resides. She really needs an episode to set her character forth some more, she's still too obscure for me to see her as anything еще than a Cutie Mark Crusader. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle have both had episodes that spoke a lot about them, I fail to see why Scootaloo hasn't had the opportunity to give her character some background.
