Who is Earl Jr. Father?

I believe that Darnell is indeed Earl Jr.'s father, and that the DNA test did not pick it up because of something that the FBI did to Darnell during the time they were in the witness protection program. Remember, they сказал(-а) they were changing his blood type?

I think that it could of been Darnell's dad(Thomas) since how else would Earl Jr. have hair like Darnell if it was not him it was Thomas since in the picture(of kid Darnell and Thomas with full hair) Thomas showed Earl to trust him that he is his dad Darnell and Thomas had the same hair.
