This has been driving me crazy. Does anyone remember a movie that aired on Special Delivery about a girl who wanted to be a boy?

She disguised herself to play baseball with the boys. She had long blond hair and I remember the promo showed another kid grabbing her hat and her hair falling down, revealing she was a girl. That's all I remember and I can't find anything about it online!!
