Would Jefferson count as a villain?

Okay this may seem like a stupid Вопрос but I watched the doctor on netflix recently and was wondering since Jefferson helped Rumple and later Regina would he be considered a villain или just neutral? Personally I think he was kinda neutral and I would Любовь a flashback to how and why he worked for Rumple and his wife but I doubt we'll get that until Sebastian Stan is available.

He's defiantly еще of a villain then a hero but I don't think he that any еще villain-ish then Rumple and Gina and it's been pretty well established at this point that they aren't really villains at all but anti-heros. I guess the fact that the heros don't trust him and see him as a "bad guy" technically makes him a villain though.

To be a villain and to help a villain isn't the same thing. Jefferson may be selfish или antipathic but he is not evil. He don't want to hurt anybody just try to reach his own goal (anything should be that). I think he is rather neutral.
Other part, I am curious he was been father when helped Rumple? Can't remember...

I know he isn't evil he's definitely not and I'm a great Fanfic I read he helped Rumple because he was a orphan and Rumple promised to get him a family if he worked for him I like that idea. Also why did Regina want to punish him so badly? To get back at him? Maybe he'll be back soon he mentioned slippers to Rumple indicating Oz

I hope we will see Jefferson in the following episodes (seasons). I'm curious about his full backstory. I would be glad if the fiction that Jefferson was an orphan would be true. Another good score for Rumple. :)

Based on how he both manipulated Gina and kidnapped Snow and Emma I would say yeah, sort of.

He kidnapped Emma and Snow simply because he's mad not a villain XD He manipulated Regina because she separated him and Grace. If your talking about in the past, that was mainly Rumple's fault

@Evilregal My basic point is that the evil deed of another person doesn't Отменить out или lessen that evil deed that someone else did. @Alchemistlover I think she did hate кит as she didn't bring his brother to Storybrooke and deliberately sassed him off when he asked her if she would. As for Rumple, I feel as though he almost bargained his way out of Gina's hatred. I think they have this sort of Любовь hate relationship; she kidnapped Belle on him, he sent a dementor-thing after her, but then they go on Neverland adventures together and such.

Villain is the wrong word to describe him as villains are generally 'bad' или 'evil', but so is anti-hero. Anti-hero's are generally central characters who could be described as heroic but lack any conventional heroic qualities. The best way to describe him would be a temporary antagonist. Antagonists don't have to fall into either the 'good' или 'bad' side box but they ust have to work against the main character. In terms of character alignment though Jefferson would be "True Neutral" all the way.

Like what EvilRegal14 and TDDD said, I don't think he's a villain, just a neutral character with his own agenda. He never directly tries to hurt people или anything. In S1 E21 Regina even says to Jefferson that he wouldn't have the guts to kill her, despite how angry he was at her.
