I think she has an idea but doesn't know exactly for sure yet. Though if she reads Henry's book I'm pretty sure it won't be long before she figures it out.

It's obvious she remembers. When Mr. Gold said "Please" she knew about the deal. Also everytime they try and break the curse she always on purpously stop them.

Regina KNOWS! The name Regina is Latin for Queen, for a first point (she probably gave the rest their names: Red Riding Hood/Ruby, Jiminy Cricket(they hop&jump)/Dr. Hopper, Rumpelstiltskin(who covets gold)/Mr. Gold, Ms Blanchard (means light in color/Snow White, Henry was her fathers name, and she named her son after him. It also states in the opening credits/monologue "one knows everything..." at which point they keep a still shot of Regina holding the book. Obviously 2 know the whole truth, because as much of a trickster Rumpelstiltskin is, he was not forgetting anything, especially since it was his curse before he gave it to The Queen.

Because of the heart crushing thing and the fact that in the most recent episode she asked about his name in 'another life'. And in the opening theme it says 'and only one knows' and it shows Gina. If she doesn't know then she at least has snippets of it.
