How anyone can pick another couple is ridiculous.
Nathan is always there when Haley needs him, and Haley is always there when Nathan needs her. They complete each other<3
I don't see how ANY couple with Lucas can win... because he is so selfish.
Lets look at the evidence.
Brooke/Lucas... obvious. Lucas cheated on her TWICE!!! (I love Brucas... but this is hard evidence). Brooke was always there for him, and he took advantage of her.
Peyton/Lucas... When Lucas wanted to be serious with Peyton in season 1 she kept flaking out, and then in season 5 he flaked out when she was ready for a relationship... they both always run away from each other, and then run towards each other when they're not ready. Definitely not there for each other when ever they need it.
Jake/Peyton... It's not that Peyton wasn't THERE for him, but her heart was never really with him (well in season 2, but in season 3... she loved Lucas and wasn't really there to support and love Jake with all her heart).
Mouth and Millie... hard to say since we don't know much about them, but I'm sure they are good to each other.
Anyways, Naley definitely win because they are always there for each other... ALWAYS AND FOREVER<3

Im picking Naley in this one coz the've been through many situations and they were there for each..plus they have been together longer than any other couple so its easier to pick an answer!!

they're maried for crying out loud, they haveto be there for eachother. Hales took care of jamie and supported nate with his bball career; nate was there for haley when she had her hit and run, etc.
Leyton would be second place - those two are very committed to eachother as a couple - even when they're not a couple, is especially always saving peyton.
