Why is sarah played by lauren graham?

In the original фото and утиль, барахло, мусор sarah is played by someone else. What happened?

I was a little like wtf when I saw Lauren Graham as Sarah, but then Irealised, that she's great. She's like Lorelai whose life went worse and less successful, but she's still a fighter. I like the way she acts.
