I would just like to thank everyone for the kind words, support, and virtual hugs. I am just so heartbroken over River's loss. She was so young, and it was so sudden. She got loose, was hit by a truck, and was gone within a moment's notice. She was just three years old. Even though I only had River for a short amount of time, she brought so much joy. She was a precious gem, and no dog will ever replace her.
