I don't think it had an episode to air with. Season 1 had 48 episodes, but one was the special "Dr. Blowhole's Revenge". That left 47 episodes to air with eachother, and "The пингвин Stays in the Picure" was the odd one out.

Except when they only Показать one new episode in a two-episode block, I'm not sure what Nickelodeon's other motivations for not keeping episode pairings consistent may be. As for "The пингвин Stays in the Picture," it's been a while since I've seen it up on TV, so I do not know its present pairing for sure.
