If this is the same pigeon who has appeared briefly in three episodes with no more than a one-sentence line, there just hasn't been enough exposure of him as a character to make any true assessment. Accordingly, I'd have to say that I'm neutral on him at present, but I could easily change my mind about him depending on the events of the upcoming "In the Line of Doody" episode (which is just three days away!)

I really don't like him, he really bugs me!! That and He was teasing Max, and Max is cool!!

I like him. He's funny as hell

I don't get his character. He's shown, what, maybe four or five episodes. He's totally weird, in my opinion, especially after the "In the Line of Doody" incident, but he's not really shown much for me to explain what I think about him.
