I can see how they're alike, like how they're both natural leaders and are really impulsive and all that, but when Annabeth said in the 2nd book, something like your so much like her it scares me, like you'll either be best friends or worst enemies, I just don't see that in the third book.

Realy? I thought that they were so much alike it was crazy. like the fight at the river in camp, both of them whant to impress their dads, and at the begining when percy runs off without thalia to find Nico and Beonca, thlia would have done the same thing. I just think there crazy alike. :-):-):-):-):-):-):-);-)

there are a few obvious differences. boy, girl. poseidon, zeus. normal, punk. riptide, aegis. BUT they are both funny, heroic, good fighters, and loyal.

That's true about the fight in the creek. I'm rereading the Titan's Curse and the creek part is one of my favorite's in the book. I think where I see the difference is like Chiron says, Thalia is a lot more sure of herself than Percy, and as Percy is the narrator, we get to like hear what he's thinking and all his doubts and stuff.

yeah i think panitsellers right i mean they could have killed each other and yeah and when you have a person thats really like you it gets annoying their not the best couple either if they got together (which they wont) but to oppisits make a match there to much a like
