Who are the couples on the show?

Phineas and Isabella

Isabella likes Phineas but she is very unaware if Phineas likes her, as in the Последнее episode, "Summer Belongs to you," Isabella was continuously trying to get together with Phineas. In the Episode, " Summer Belongs to you," The only romance they had was at the end when they were dancing with eachother and everybody else.

As well as, as previously shown in the Episode,"Summer Belongs to you"(SBTY), both Jermey and Candace thought of eachother as Boyfriend and или Girlfriend but neither side thought that the opposing side felt the same way.

So unoffically (very unofficall), Isabella and Phineas.
And offically Jermey and Candace

Jeremy and Candace...Ferb and Vannessa...no. Phineas and Isabella?? Idk.

Most officially of P&F couple is Jeremy and Candace, like it сказал(-а) in 'SBTY' they already in a Boyfriend and Girlfriend relationship also it had been seen they were Поцелуи in the last scene,

*Ferb and Vanessa; I know Ferb had a crush on her for the first time he met but I think it's impossible for a 10/12 years old boy relate еще than Друзья with a 16 years old teengirl, but Vanessa already have a boy she likes...
