do NOT use a pure water type against 3 electric types, it is not a good idea considering that they spam volt change and can outspeed Ты easily
ok, Ты need something fast, and dont use water (except if it's part ground), трава или bug или fighting because she has 2 emolgas, или flying types. i would seriously recommend, if possible, to use a fast ground или rock type to outspeed her zebstrika. take out her zebstrika as fast as possible, because all her pokemon know volt change, which switches out the user. i would also recommend using a bulky pokemon. palpitoad would be a pretty good choice.
Catch your self a Drilbur. It destroys Elsa's electric types with dig and learns rock tomb, so Emolga is no challenge either. Drilbur evolves as a low level into Exadrill which learns earthquake at level 36, making it an awesome addition to any team. Ты can find it in any cave in the swirling dust.
