One день Ash and Пикачу where on a bike. Пикачу was on Ash's Shoulder (as always). When Ash got back to the Lugia Dived back into the ocean, Ash just missed it! so Ash and Пикачу went to tell Misty and Brock what happened. They knew how strong they would be if they had Lugia. Luckily Ash saw them and knew they had been listening to him so Ash took his strongest pokemon to stop them!
