Welcome, to the Roleplay customized by the Fans! sorry if you didn't partake in the polls to make this, but hey. hopefully you'll enjoy either way! the link will show you how the polls went.
This is Cantenseel, a city apon the water, somewhere outside Japan, it's pretty fucked up right now, people want to rule the city, so you've got some minor gangs bashing their heads over who's going to rule the city, but so far, there's 3 main factions. [Kanshinin] This faction, if they win, want to make the city a Democracy, they'll take anyone with the same views, or even similar, they don't mind your religion, race or gender, nor do they mind if you'll full on fight for them, or merely provide resources, any Minor gangs/factions that join or help the Kenshinin have been promised a possible position inside the Democracy if they win. they occupy the northern area the Kanshinin has a sort of 'counsel' with no major leader, there are 4 counselors in total that decide the actions of the Kanshinin. (first come first serve) [Niwa] Niwa are the neutral faction, not in the sense that they'll help either side, but in the sense that they want a republic, they have no real leader, since they all mostly agree on what objective they need to do, this faction promised any minor factions that help them to take care of them if they win. they occupy the western area [Kami] Kami is the faction ruled by a single person, if they win the ruler wanted to create a Dictatorship, and promised any minor factions/gangs that joined them a position in his dictatorship. (1 leader, first come first serve) they own the eastern area. [the Southern Area] the southern Area is mostly occupied by minor gangs/factions that haven't yet chosen a side to join, or simply don't want to join them. Kinc has 2 abilities, the first is that she is capable of controlling a strange kind of Element known as 'Lihn', this element shines like light, and has the same properties it can be a powder, a gas, an energy, a solid and a liquid, this strange element was discovered along with the arrival of the 'elentals' along with various other elements.
her 2nd ability is the power to summon 1 of 4 elemental beings at a time, these elemental beings can control their respective element.

[Power] Telekinesis:While his abilities are limited being only a half blood he is able to move around a piece of clothing he has attached to him at deadly speeds,being able to pierce through enemy's with thick armor.He can also use his magic to change what his clothing actually appears to be.
Neural processor:He has a technological upgrade in his brain that allows him to think faster and smarter than regular humans as well as also allowing him to have faster reaction time.

Tiras was born in the Eastern area of Cantenseel and at a young age his parents and siblings were butchered in the darkness of night by dark mages while he was the only one who escaped because right in the nick of time a Mage exterminator came in and killer the dark mages,having felt bad for Tiras he took him in.
For the rest of his life until age 20 he was put through grueling training and excelled in everything,becoming a full fledged Mage hunter at age 20 he became one of the best very quickly,using his quiet personality and his lack of remorse to his advantage.

However if given a life threatening injury before he is able to heal he will die.

Weapon equip: She has the ability to change her whip into any kind of weapon or shield she wants. Those weapons have a variety of powers and special abilities themselfs. It does take a lot of energy so she can't change her weapon limetless.
Armor abilities: She can't change her armor but they do give her some more physical abilities. Thanks to her armor she's faster and stronger than most, almost to an insane level. But without her armor she would have the strength and speed of a good athlete.
Electricity manipulation: This is the only elemental thing she has learned herself. She has the ability to manipulate and form electicity in all kinds of forms. Also she can use this ability to manipulate someone's body nerves. She doesn't use that often though.
Minor healing spells: She does know some healing spells but not enough to cure major wounds

But even though she has high manners and luxury she decided to follow her bloodline and train herself into becoming a good mage and fighter. She wanted to fight for Kanshinin and the idea od democracy. Now she is one of the best fighters Kanshinin has. She's a warrior that fights under the counselor's commands.

Fire breath and manipulation: Her body heat is 10 times as high as the body heat from a normal human. She can breath fire but also make it in her hands and manipulate it to her will.

As a child she was took into an orphange since she was left there in the southern area. At the age of 4 she began to change into her Draki form and she couldn't control it. Afraid of her changes the orphanage was forced to kick her out for the safety of the rest. But she didn't mind. It was easier to live on the streets. She became like a shadow. Stealing to survive and living in alleyways. She still does that. She still lives in the streets but because she has grown she now stays in her human form. She only changes into her Draki form if absolutely nessecarry. What she does do is kill people who terrorize or hurt others if she sees it happen.

[Biography] His first memories were not that of a child, but of a lab rat. Rex does't know his parent's, he only know the scientist's that 'raised' him. When he was a child he was taken away to a secret science facility that was created to experiment with the biological applications in relations to dark energy. They were successful. For the first fifteen years of Rex's life all he knew was captivity, pain, and loneliness so when he found his chance he escaped, and killed every scientist he could on the way out. He didn't get all of them, of course. He was still young. He learnt a lot since then. He learnt to hunt, to kill, to lead and to rule. In the years since his escape he has made himself the king of the east part of Cantenseel. Yet he will not forget his time as a slave to those scientists, and has made it his personal goal to track them down using any force necessary.

While this society is focused strongly on free choice the few laws that are in place are enforced heavily by the 'Freedom keepers' Rex's answer to police and military force. All Freedom Keepers are fiercely loyal to Rex and the laws that Rex had put in place, most would even die for him. The few laws that are in place are as follows. [Murder is illegal, Rape is illegal, Theft is Illegal, Destruction of property is illegal, vandalism is illegal, Slavery is illegal.] Those are the main laws that are put in place by Rex and his trusted advisers to maintain the freedoms of his subjects. His freedom keepers are aloud to act as judge, jury and executioner in themselves but their is still a legal system put in place. There are six advisers in Rex's court, the military adviser who oversee's the Freedom Keepers, the political adviser who helps Rex with political situation involving the other factions, the espionage adviser who acts as a spy master in Rex's court and obtains sensitive information from both his own and other factions, the agricultural adviser who maintains food, water, land and other essentials, the social adviser who oversee's unimportant national events while gauging public opinion, this adviser also acts almost as Rex's right hand since this adviser oversee's the majority of city function's whenever Rex is in other factions during non-wartime situations virtually making him the kings second in command. and the scientific adviser who is the lead researcher in Rex's court. He's a way to gentle soul for that.

On his 18th birthday his father gave him a set of gloves able to enslave several spirits if the user was powerfull enough. His father advised him to only enslave good spirits. But Renald was strong (and stubborn) enough to enslave three demonic spirits. He can make them appear and fight for him every time he wants.

He used to fight for Kanshinin but after a mission he found out the true plans of the Kami leader. He had always thought that man was going to be an evil dictator and enslave his people. But when he found out his real plans they actually made more sense to him than the council's plans so he switched. No he's fighting for Kami.

1: as a mallet, it can smash like a real bad hammer
2: as a pick, she can use it to climb, or to stab if she needs to
3: as a stamp, whatever she stamps will crumble to dust

Arien got alot of strange looks from people in the northern border, alot of people gawked, some stared, some didn't mind, though she was too busy looking at the buildings to notice, tall structures, almost piercing the heavens, she looked to the sky, these people had almost build their structures as tall as the ancients did once.

Puppeteer hung from the wall via her strings, and the Lancer floated next to her, she carefully moved her strings around to let her drop down.. she needed to find a Mirror.. or something with reflections, she was calling, where was she anyway?... this looks like.. the Southern Center?..... she found some windows, and received a few stares from people around, since she was a counselor of Kanishinin, she would be well known among minor factions... inside the window, there she stood.
"what do YOU want?..." she had an angered tone
she simply looked like shes giggling, but the reflection made no sound, then she disappeared.
"...what're you up to?" she asked, moving on ahead towards the north
