When did the banner change?

It changed about a месяц and a half ago.
There was a pick about it, saying "Does this spot need a new icon/banner?" and everyone сказал(-а) that it just needed a banner.
So suggestions on the banner were Отправлено and the best one was picked.
Pretty nice, huh?
I was getting tired of the letters!
