Ты need to Отправить a lot of things to a certain spot, and stay active on it. It also depends on how many people rate your content, so make sure that Ты Отправить some nice things, that people will like. No spam, или anything that's broken, или has already been submitted.
If Ты keep doing that after you've received your dedicated medal, than Ты could even get a die-hard medal, или fanatic medal.
