Do looks affect how your treated?

This is one stupid question. Of course, the way Ты look affects how people treat you. I don't care what anyone says: People judge on looks, not what's on the inside. The way Ты look is the first thing a person notices about you, unless they cannot physically see. They don't let their judgment of character go on to look at what Ты have to offer on the inside FIRST, they look at what Ты have on the outside and it's as if that's the only thing that matters. If you're not pretty on the outside, you're not gonna make it in the world. Do Ты ever see guys who aren't the вверх quality, abs galore, eyes to die for & hair to sink your teeth in, have girlfriends in High School? Nooooo. Not really. Do Ты ever see the geeky girl who wears glasses, loves Чтение Shakespeare & is a little overweight get to be the "Prom Queen"? No. Only if all the mean girls are playing a sick joke on her. No matter how "beautiful" Ты are on the inside, people will always judge Ты for what Ты have on the outside. It won't matter if you've gotten plastic surgery to change every single thing about you, people are going too look, they're going to stare & they will find something that they don't like about you. It's... the worldly mannerism of people. Not just people of our generation, или people of our parents generation... This has been going on since Jesus' days. Everyone judges, everyone looks at someone & "pities" them because they aren't "pretty to look at". Have Ты ever noticed in Фильмы или TV shows how the "popular girl" is ALWAYS "pretty", but she is also a cruel, evil bitch? It's because people see her for what she is on the outside, "beautiful", they don't even WANT to see what she has to offer on the inside, which might not always be as bad as people think she is. She may have once been a really sweet, kind, caring girl & when she grew up, no one ever took her seriously, because she had looks what else did she need? And Ты know, smart people, most of them are not the prettiest соленый огурец, маринованные in the jar, but they are of the utmost intelligent human beans on the planet. Even though they are made fun of & picked on, they will be the ones who succeed in life. The "prettiness" of the "popular people" will soon diminish, they will not be pretty for long, but the smartness of people, that will stay with them till their last dying breath.

What I'm trying to get at is: Pretty people have it easy in life, whereas "normal" people или "freaks" will never have it easy because we are not pretty. And no one cares to know what's on the inside if what Ты have on the outside is "ugly".

Of course it does. It may not be fair, but I can live with that :)

Of course it does, sadly. Life is that way, and we have to accept it. Good looking people seem to be treated better than unattractive people. Life isn't fair, hopefully one день it will be.

I agree with you. It's sad the world judges people based on how Ты look. Have Ты noticed that the people driving nice cars and sports cars are good looking? I'm older than most of you, but I Любовь the clothes that are made now. But I don't dare to wear them because it doesn't fit my age. That thought of others sucks, 'cause I can't wear what I want.
