I dislike this riddle so much.. Nobody ever gets it right.

It is very possible for a рыба to drown...
рыба drown in water the same way humans drown. It just takes longer.

рыба get their oxygen from the water.
And yes, there is oxygen in water. Hence H2O, where the O stands for oxygen.

Say if a рыба were to be sealed up in a jar of water. The рыба would use up all the oxyhen in the water and drown.

Your answer is 10 because Ты didn't ask how many рыба are still alive.

Assuming Ты just forgot that рыба can't drown, there's 2 still alive and 8 "left" the tank.
