It was a foreign song and when it got translated to English, they made a mistake. It was originally supposed to be ♪Jimmy cracked кукуруза and we all cared♪
Because whoever wrote the song was watching Jimmy crack the кукуруза that day. And, unlike what the song says, he did care. And still does on this very day. He cares so much that he wrote that song! It should've been "Jimmy cracked кукуруза and I do care".
