I don't think being obsessed with something in general can be mentally good for you, but Эй, tons of people are obsessed with stuff. Depends on how obsessed Ты are to determine if it's normal :)

Last night i saw a documentary on discovery about a girl who found a picture of a man who died in war and she became obsessed with it and the guy started to haunt her. But it turned out that he was just protecting her by another entity who wanted to kill her, as he did in another life.
Kinda creepy, huh? XD

It's not good, but I do it, too. :)

I don't see anything wrong with it, I'm the same way.
