Here Ты go! Hope it's okay, couldn't find one like yours but this has the трещина, сплит screen. Originally had just blue but I tweaked it so that it could have a little bit of розовый in it (hope Ты can see that part, LOL, it doesn't come up that great on here) and some effects. =) Hope this is what Ты wanted.
