I actually don't knowz. I've gotton best answer (because my answer would be presented at the вверх just below the Вопрос from ranking the highest of all the votes) but i never got the medal for it :/

I think about 5, though if one answer on a particular Вопрос is already best answer with, say, 5 votes, then another would obviously need 6 Голоса to become best.

I'm pretty sure it's either 4 или 5 Голоса before it's actually displayed as the 'Best Answer' of the question.
