skype for ipad?

i have the skype for iphone app on my ipad so me and my Друзья can skype and talk alot. last sunday my friend and i were skyping and since my ipad doesnt have a camera and her computer does we skyped while i could see her but she couldnt see me, and she could only hear my voice. now, last night we tried skyping again via video call and her camera worked because she saw herself like she always does, she could hear my voice but on my ipad i couldnt see her!! it worked last time, what happened? we tried calling each other numerous times, her calling me via video call but when i accepted it was just a regular call. and skype for iphone/ipad doesnt have the video call option when Ты go on ppls profiles, it just says 'call' 'chat' или 'sms'. we didnt use any of those last time. what do Ты think is wrong and how should we fix it?
