Does anyone know how to add Обои and stuff to a spot using an iPod touch?

That's the same thing I was wondering, since Ты don't have any idea how to I suppose Ты don't know how to add Обои to you're фото gallery using an iPod Touch?

Ты actually can't!
Trust me I tried, once when I was good with my Safari and once when my iPod software got updated.
Ты can add Ссылки and Видео which I have done but not Обои because there is no Adobe Flash on your iPod.
(But somehow YouTube works :/)

first Ты have to import them to your computer and the just Загрузить them like Ты would if they were already saved in a pictures file

no Ты can't,i tried it many times,didnt work :(
