I am contracting and releasing tendons and muscles, making my hands move, putting enough pressure onto each key to type it. I am doung this in quick sucession, thus typing this answer. Also, during all of this action, I was breathing in and out, blinking, moving my head, beating my heart, and using all my other bodily organs at the same time, all the while losing dead skin cells.
