Is it possible to do curls without heat?

LOL well idk if this would work but im black with real short hair and i do braids like lil wayne and sometimes i get curls at the end and its fake hair so idk if it would work with your real hair.....ok Ты know how Ты can use curlers? well Ты Ты would put those on whererever Ты would want the curls and then Ты would get like REALLY REALLY REALLY HOT WATER IN A CUP или SUMTHN and then dip the hair with the curler on it into the water and leave the air in the water for like 15 min and when Ты take it off Ты should have a curl.....try it cuz that what they do on me...haha if it works send me a private message and Ты can say that Ты know how to do one thing the black way lol:)
