how do i get moving Иконки on here??

just add .png to the end of the .gif. For an example 3.gif.png then Загрузить it.

well 4 about a week every Иконка that was Опубликовано on a Профиль that moved originaly moved as a Профиль picture.
Fanpop сказал(-а) it was a fluke and stopped it 4 some reason...
but a friend of mine's Профиль Иконка still moves
and it ticks me off. -_-"

idk,i want moving Иконки too but they r not working in my account
