The fastest way to lose weight is starvation, which I DON'T recomment at all. I know people that starved themselves and almost got to the hospital and now they have the same weight as before. It's not good at all, and neither are pills или stuff like that. The things that doctors recommend us are the best way, even if it takes еще time. Try jogging at least 30 mins a день (you don't need to run like an athlete) while listening to your Избранное songs on your iPod - that makes it feel easier, at least for me. :) - Reduce the sweets and the хлеб and try to eat only when Ты are hungry, not when Ты just don't have something better to do. If Ты still want to eat after you've finished your meal, drink some water. It helps. :) Also, I know that it's not good eating at night, so it's better to have your ужин in the evening and not at 10 PM. I hope this helps. I'd say getting outside for an час everyday. Jog, swim, something. I don't want people doing what me and my mom did by starving ourselves. She did that to impress my dad and I starved myself to impress a guy.
ok dont starv ur self heck no not the answer. the key is portion controle and carteio. u dont have to tstop eating just watch how much u eat. and make shir ur running или jump roping или whatever were ur constantly moving for at least an час a day
Run .5 to 2 miles every day, increasing how far Ты go based on how much Ты improve over time. Don't eat too much and don't eat too little, and eat things that are good for Ты and that will boost your metabolism. Try to take a little bit of everything from the Еда triangle, but put a little emphasis on meat. Contrary to Популярное belief, meats that are cooked in a healthy way (NOT cheeseburgers) boost your metabolism because of all the protein, and proteins give Ты energy. I eat nothing but meat, am skinny as a twig, and have еще energy than I know how to deal with. So running and protein are my suggestions.
Don't starve yourself. Eat three square meals a day, and don't snack in between them. Go for a long walk every day. Eat breakfast (preferably cereal)because it jumstarts your metabolism. If Ты want to snack, eat fruit. Vegetables are good too. Don't drink soda или milk. And don't ear meat. Remember that losing weight should be about being healthy, not thin. Alot of thin people may look healthy on the outside but are real wrecks on the inside.
