I'd say getting outside for an час everyday. Jog, swim, something. I don't want people doing what me and my mom did by starving ourselves. She did that to impress my dad and I starved myself to impress a guy.

Don't starve yourself. Eat three square meals a day, and don't snack in between them. Go for a long walk every day. Eat breakfast (preferably cereal)because it jumstarts your metabolism. If Ты want to snack, eat fruit. Vegetables are good too. Don't drink soda или milk. And don't ear meat. Remember that losing weight should be about being healthy, not thin. Alot of thin people may look healthy on the outside but are real wrecks on the inside.
