If your under 18 than Ты can't sue или accuse her of taking your stuff because Ты don't have a lawyer to go to court with by proving she has done this.

Ты might be able to take this to court if you're 18 или over. But other than that, I don't think there's much Ты can do. Except maybe steal it back.

A close relative that's over eighteen might be able to deal with it in court, though.

Try to get your step-dad to help Ты get it back. I he can't do anything try talking to the police and explaining what happened, and have your step-dad testify. If he won't, then I'm afraid there isn't much Ты can do.

Ты can't find a certain mistake, then go to your mom, and talk to her, just in the case of knowing what happened made her do such a thing.
