I can't give a straight answer to this because so much of it depends on the killer in specific as there are many reasons as to why a person would kill someone. Not all murders are made of malice.

The short answer is yes, though, because there are certainly those that I believe the world would be better without, but that's restricted to a very specific Список of types of people.

There are also people that I think deserve a fate worse than death, but that's a discussion for a different day.
