Do Ты mean your ex is posting/copying pictures of Ты and him on fb, или just your pictures?
If it's Ты and him, или him and your friends, anything with him inside then all Ты can do is -
1. ask him to stop taking your pictures even though they have him in it, they are YOUR pictures
2. block him as a friend
3. Сообщить him to the fb help team and explain that though he is in the pictures they are your pictures and Ты don't want them to have them
4. don't put them up

If they're your pictures with nothing about him in them Ты could -
1. Сообщить him immediately for stealing/posting your pictures on fb without your permission
2. block him as above
3. ignore it as your Друзья say and let him get on with it.

Ты should just ask him kindly to stop posting those pics. If he doesn't listen, just ignore him. He's bound to stop at some point in time.
