I hate to burst your bubble, but Ты don't Любовь him. Ты can't possibly Любовь him by just having looked at him and nothing else. You're probably just attracted to him physically. Try getting to know him better, talking to him, interacting with him in social circles, etc. If Ты still like him, and I don't just mean his looks, then tell him about it. If he rejects Ты after that, at least Ты have the fact that Ты tried to be able to say Ты have no regrets.
