Do Ты believe that when we sleep our spirits travel somewhere else?

Hmmm... Do Ты feel dizzy constantly? Do Ты have a hard time focusing on stuff(ex. school) lately?
Vomiting? Headaches???
If Ты have these symptoms Ты should see a neurologist. Really. Ты may have a brain tumor или a cerebral aneurysm.
или it could have been just a dream. Anyway, no, I don't believe that. Dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep—when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. So it makes no sense, because if our spirits wouldn't be there, we would be in some kind of coma. Not half awake.
Anyway, this is just my opinion :)
P.S.: I was serious with the neuro control. Ты just never know...

well similar to yours but i didn't fall of a cliff.
i saw myself while asleep just a few blocks outside my house, and i kicked a stone and fell but my sleeping body felt like as if my head hit the ground! i woke up at once and i asked my mom that question, she сказал(-а) it could mean spiritual.

Yes, I do believe that when we sleep our Spirits travel outside our bodies, but I don't remember having a dream this awesome.

My dreams are usually about my Избранное characters, creepy forests, Elves, demons trying to kill me and haunted houses.
Sometimes my dreams get Болталка as hell though and they become hilarious. XD

no your imagination is just really big ^^ everybody has dreams about what they're interested или feeling so it's normal

I dunno, but sometimes when I get hurt in dreams it happens in real life (to a lesser extent usually)

Examples:
-When I was really little, I had a dream that a snake bit my nose, and my nose hurt when I woke up
-I had a dream about a месяц назад that I got shot in the head (but I was revived 83) and I woke up with a really bad headache
-Sometimes when I get bruised in dreams I wake up with bruises o.o;

But my dreams are usually wacky occurances, или еще lately based off a Хеталия MAD series (The Хеталия Фаны out there probably know RomaHeta...)(But whenever I take damage in the latter, I wake up with a headache или еще bruises)

And once, when I was kinda transitioning between two dreams, I happened upon my bedroom in the middle of it and suddenly woke up startled.

Okay, that's a kind of strange dream, but, ok, i have had dreams that are strange, but not like that.

TL;DR

I believe that we do. I had a dream quite similar in nature to that one Ты told me. It started out that i was sick and took a nap one day. When i began to dream i saw myself as if i was right over вверх of my own bed, just floating there, watching my sleeping self. It was weird and i also had this dream where i was flying around my room and when i landed хлопать, привкус into my own body, i woke up. Who's to say that our dreams are not reality and reality is not our dreams?

Yep! I've never had a dream like that, but I do believe we travel to, like, somewhere in our sleep.
