Don't deliberately start arguments just to make people mad
Don't be racist, sexist, insulting against any religion или nationality, and just dint insult people in general
Do not, DO NOT mention the words Hetalia, yaoi, Way of the Panda, или Boku no Pico around a user named BatCountry9000. Just trust me, it'll save Ты a whole lot of grief.
Be a good user

Don't spam
Put statements on the wall, games and such in the Форумы section, Вопросы in the Вопросы section, and Ссылки in the Ссылки section. No exceptions.

If Ты have personal probablems that Ты need help with , there is a club called Совет I'm part of. Most people there are pretty nice. On this club don't ask for Фаны Ты will be called some really nasty stuff. If Ты want to promote a club Ты made Would Ты Присоединиться My....Spot? Is a great place for that. Over all I would say be yourself and participate :)

Mostly covered by the first commenter, except I'll add don't make any statements that could be even twisted to insult Michael Jackson around the user crrazycake (don't believe me check my Стена and scroll through the posts until Ты get to the song lyrics.) and don't be rude to them but don't bother being too nice to mehere или jordan (followed by numbers I don't remember) they're fakes who insist they aren't.

Well, SymmaGirl2 pretty much covers anything, but I felt I should warn Ты that if Ты do anything wrong (for example, spam или troll a spot, ask a stupid или offensive question, etc) then it will almost certainly be Опубликовано on the Fanpop FAIL spot. It can be very entertaining to look at the pictures on that spot, but only if none of them are your mistakes. But if Ты be yourself you're nice to people then you'll get along just fine! :)

If Ты haven't already, I think Ты should introduce yourself to Hetalia.It will make understand ALOT еще stuff that people say on here.
You're new here, Ты probably wanna make a name for yourself.Sometimes people try a bit too hard to do this..take it slow.
