Hey…

Well,first,you go down to the 'answers' on the Главная page of the club and press the link that says "add a question".Then,you type in the Вопрос on either the "Your Question" part,in which some people do,or the "Add details или background information",in which other people do,also.
Once finished,press "Submit new question" and wait.
