i was kidding. u can put a hot, wet, towel over yor head. that should do it, and maybe drink some water throughout the day. ^_^

Oooo...good luck with your exam. Advil (ibuprofen) won't make Ты sleepy, but it's a muscle relaxant and that may help. Staying hydrated is definitely important, as well as not leting yourself get too hungry while you're studying. Try taking a couple of минуты to breathe deeply and totally relax. Picture yourself doing well on the exam. Hope Ты feel better soon.
