No it doesnt mean he doesnt like you! He could just be afraid to talk to you! So yoouu should say hi to him! And if he doesnt say hi back its no big deal either he just stays online, he walked away from the computer his chat is broken..or something else. And if he doesnt like Ты there are еще рыба in the sea :)
