I drink it everyday, like we all should. It's healthy for Ты of course. And how could anyone forget, our bodies are like 70% water. Water, is a plain and boring drink. It's just boring. That's why it's so good for you. Though I know if Ты drink too much, it could flush all the nutrients out of your body.
