Help!!!!?

I have a weight issue i am over weight wanting to loose. I am 125 pounds 5 foot 6 please dont make fun of me!. Please can someone give any dieting tips?

But I just want Ты to know that your weight is perfect for your body, so don't worry. ))

don't go on any fad diets, they suck and can harm you.

just try eating healthy, and cut out утиль, барахло, мусор Еда and stuff. And by doing that you'll maintain a healthy weight.

P.S. Your not over weight unless your doctor tells Ты that Ты are. As of right now your fine. :) Just be happy. Go see a movie with your Друзья или something. There is no need to worry about your weight when Ты can be out enjoying life! :D

Ask your doctor, he или she would probably tell Ты the same, Ты are at a good weight for your height. So, read this, Ты are not overweight. I don't know how else to say it. Except to just eat healthy and exercise regularly but don't hurt yourself over this.
